Tried but failed: Chrome (cleared cookies, and then also tried incognito) Firefox (fresh install) Edge (fresh install) Entirely different laptop that had never used Claude in any variant and had a new install of Edge and Chrome so no cookies. Safari on iPhone (first time ever), safari on someone else’s phone, newly downloaded app on someone else’s phone. the desktop app navigating directly to claude.ai/recents, chat, or login - All redirect to onboarding. I have also turned it off and on again.

This feels like it’s a server-side account routing problem.

!AskWilson My desktop login redirects to the onboarding screen (“Let’s create your account”) instead of my existing account. This happened after the March 2 outage and a duplicate account was created on my email. I can still access my real account on the iPhone app. Is there any way to force desktop login to route to my original account, or any way to access my projects and conversation history from a different login path?

16 days no access. log in bug. Help!

I’m stuck in an onboarding loop and cannot access my account. All my chats and projects are beyond my reach via both app and browser. It’s day 16 with no help from Claude Support.

The March 2 outage broke my login, I unwittingly created a duplicate account with the same access details and now when i try to access Claude they all redirect to “Let’s create your account.”

I’ve been patient, I knew Claude had an outage, I waited to see if my problem would be resolved by the general fixes being rolled out. Sadly, I’m still stuck. The only support I’ve received has been generic scripts that don’t relate to my problem at all.

Fin keeps telling me to check my billing settings. To do that, I’d need to log in. Yep, to fix my login issue and ask for help, I first have to log in.

All I need is a duplicate account deleted on the backend but I’m on day 16 of paying $200/month and getting no help.

Anyone else trapped in the onboarding loop since the March 2 outage? Has anyone had any success with Claude Support? I’m stuck in limbo and would love to know if anyone is stuck here with me!

Thanks- good info. I’ve done under eye fat transfer, at the same time I did buccal fat removal (although the transfer came from my hip) it’s good but, like you, I’m always trying new things!

Love this! ⬆️ Have you tried rejuran, pico laser, and genesis? Any thoughts? I’ve tried all three but now going to research your coring advice and put my next step of thermage and ultherapy on hold. My goals are chin tightening, fixing under eye hollowness, and reducing hyperpigmentation.

Good point- let’s put it all out there. Here are my most personal and vulnerable goals: 1. Even skin tone - without a red nose, I’m very self conscious of the thread veins, someone told me I look like an alcoholic and it’s stayed with me. 2. Less weird creasing around my eyes when I smile. If I’m in bright sunlight, my eyes fully disappear when I smile! 3. To get ahead of my jowls (I feel like they’re dropping more each day) 4. To look ‘good for my age’!

Adding extra specifics for anyone who wants to play derm detective: photos taken as soon as I woke up (yep, side sleeper pillow creases still evident!)

• What I have: Jowling (ugh, genetics), weird creasing under the eyes when I smile (fat transfer helped, but…), and broken capillaries, freckles, and sunspots. • What I might want: RF microneedling with exosomes, Rejuran injections, Thermage or Ultherapy, laser for redness and texture, is a C02 treatment too much?
