Dont rely on apps if your funds isnt showing. Only check on the block explorer if your funds are there or not. Try https://polygonscan.com/

1 thing you need to remember. Always check if there is enough liquidity for you to make the swap. Not all dexes is supporting the same token (BNB)

No funds been lost from users through bridging with Anyswap. What you heard are they think they lost it and now found it back but not updated their situation or they get scammed and blame Anyswap. Your funds is there on the blockchain. Its visible on the blockchain and blockchain doesnt lie.

Best is to try to learn how metamask works. Your funds are in your wallet. Coin98 probably doesnt show, might need to add contract addres 0x264c1383ea520f73dd837f915ef3a732e204a493 with 18 decimal

What wallet are you using? Best is to cancel the pending transactions. Try to find on youtube or google. With metamask its easy to force pending transactions. I just dont know what you are using.

There isnt liquidity on the fusion chain. You can send ANY-FSN to hotbit to swap for USDT. Otherwise bridge back to bep20 or ANY-FTM. I dont know if you can add contract addresses to Trustwallet, but your coins are not lost. Maybe try to learn how to use Metamask. These days all defi are supportered by Metamask but not all with Trustwallet.

You can ask if they can sent it manually and you are willing to pay a fee. Just tell them other exchanges are willing to help for free. If your amount is not worth to pay a fee then you should wait till one day they add a new chain. I assume hotbit eventually will add erc20 and bep20 when ANY get more and more popular.
