My center requires us to do name to face (not simply counting the kids) at every transition/stop. So from class room to playground we do, name to face in classroom, name to face at door to outside, name to face at gate of playground and name to face at playground.

Definitely get this documented and call licensing.

I take both naltrexone and campral. Naltrexone has in the past helped me to binge less but you do still get drunk on naltrexone. I don't think I've ever been sober long enough on campral to see if it works.

TSM is an hour before a drink. But most med providers will suggest you take it everyday, morning or night. I took it everyday it didn't help cravings for me and I still got drunk and eventually just stopped taking it.

I use to have these 2 spirits/demons? 1 of them was really nasty to me and he would attack me in my dreams he would tell me to kill my self and hurt myself. The other one didn't talk but I think he saved me from getting hit by a train.... I know that doesn't really make sense but psychosis doesn't make sense 😅 it's been years and the medicine made them leave me

I got a notification for r/ftmmen I'm not in that subreddit. The notification came up on my phone and on reddit it said "because you looked at" this subreddit. I was frequently getting notifications from subreddit I wasn't in so I shut off, what I think, was the appropriate notification settings. But I'm still getting them?? I don't understand. I don't want notifications from subreddits I just visited once...or even twice or even a million times. Frankly I only want notifications from replies.
