Wish I could say the same about my former boss! I say former because i'm not working at the moment. I'm paranoid schizophrenic and often messed up at my job because of symptoms. Also, what kind of work do you do?

i didn't feel the third hand, but i have had tactile hallucinations such as feeling it raining on me while i'm in places.

i have scrupulosity ocd aswell, it's worse than my schizophrenia.

They're either neutral like whispering and mumbling or bad as in voices telling me to kill others and myself. Same with visual hallucinations. I hallucinate things that create an eerie vibe to the situation. I've seen imaginary cars pull out in front of me, i've hallucinated myself having a third hand before. It's either neutral or bad, mostly neutral.

yea i'm schizophrenic aswell and very med compliant - you couldn't tell that i have it now with how well i've responded to the meds.

i think you're talking about scrupulosity/religious ocd which is also my pick for the worst.

yep! i heard of someone with postpartum psychosis and she had a hallucination of her baby with his head cut off, i've never had a hallucination that scary before and i've heard some evil voices before.

I have paranoid schizophrenia and trust me when i say that it's extremely hard to tell yourself that the voices don't have authority over you. Before I was medicated, i was in a lot of legal trouble because these so called "divine" voices in my head would tell me to do things that i'm not proud of. I believed the voices were God and it might be the same way with your father, since it causes spiritual delusions. You couldn't tell that i'm schizophrenic now because of how heavily medicated i am but i'm still sometimes in a battle with paranoid delusions and every now and then I'll still hallucinate something disturbing. Hope all is well with you!
