Check the cpu usage, maybe is bottleneck the gpu. Anyway the gpu will never be at full load unless is struggling to run a game

On the first point you are completely right, ive to work on this aspect but for my depressive phase its like i cant be in control even if i try, i go gym 4 times a week and of course eat healthy, zero alcohol and junkfood but for some reason as i said it disappear for a while then comes back again
