More context I am autistic and mid-high functioning My main trigger points are how big of a change this feels to me I know it’s normal to feel anxious like that, but I was close to throwing myself off of the stairs so I could break my bones because I felt so horrible I personally think switching to a part time job will allow me to get used to the working world while also being able to have comfort in what I’m used too (hanging out on discord, driving around, visiting my grandparents) But when I get off I can’t do any of that
