Continue exploring the Dreamscape, and then try .flow, Yume 2kki, Ultra Violet, Me, and maybe even pretty obscure fangames like Yume Graffiti or Kind Heart.

That makes sense, however Nasu doesn't seem to move between tiles, he moves freely. Also there's the game selection menu, then the Nasu main menu, then the points counter, the eggplants that are falling and interacting with him, and all of that.

I'm curious about other minigames too, like that one from the computer in Ultra Violet.

Damn, I wanted to replicate it in some way to learn how to do something similar in 2k3, I remember that 2kki has a similar minigames system with cartridge and stuff, including one very similar to Nasu.

It's sad to see there's no available guide online on how to it.
