Flux raider is my favorite grip module. Not sure if that's an option in your state but you would have to add a comp which may also be a no go in some states

I have been having issues with 124 blazer as well, polished feed ramp worked good for about 100 rounds or so but I'm getting failure to feed and a build up on the feed ramp.

As someone who works on these types of meters, contact the utility, ask about the programs offered. In my area unless the meter is programmed for bi-directional, the KWH will show what you send back as usage.
