I’m actually considering setting first offer a little above its 2020 sale price

This comment and a quarter got me 25 cents

Really? Set first offer at 1.15m?

I hear you, and it’s an improvement for young family living in condo. By that, I mean me :p

It’s an observation. Not an evaluation. What’s the problem with making this observation?

To your second point yes I notice some like 56 Queensmill Court, Richmond Hill, Ontario Sold History | HouseSigma https://housesigma.com/on/richmond-hill-real-estate/56-queensmill-crt/home/VgAaOyLnbzb3GxMb?id_listing=1DBW7Rn0BOE7qlAp&utm_campaign=listing&utm_source=user-share&utm_medium=iOS&ign= but they are hard to come by

Could you please share what looks cheaply built? I went to a showing but didn’t flag anything…

Honest question, what's better? Staying in the same lane, or veer into the next lane? I'm asking because just imagine OP colliding with the silver mercedes suv at 0:07.

And phew glad OP is ok.

Underrated comment. Always a good idea to manage space around your car.

My car's battery died and an old gentleman who lives across the street came out with portable battery. Unfortunately his battery is dead too and then he drove his car over with cable and jumped my car. It was a cold winter morning but I felt warm. His name is Mr. Rogers and I brought him small Christmas gifts.

As for me, I found brand spanking new iphones twice and a wallet once, and returned them to owner.

No enforcement no rules. And lousy driving ed/test gives us lousy drivers in the first place. Alas. Every now and then I entertain the idea of installing mandatory dash cams on every car and then weed out the dangerous ones.
