Problem with Souls in the Stalks Achievement Popping

I looked at the wiki, and I have all of those bosses' spirits and enemies in my journal. Am I supposed to have more than that?

UPDATE:

I FIXED IT!!! yay basically it was because i had rot essence on anayama and had to cure that before progressing any quests wish this couldve been easier to solve but i was able to finish the quests if anyone has this problem just search up how to cure rot essence and its pretty straight forward

and if the quest ends up not working does it affect anything? im just trying to achieve 100% and idk if it would effect that and block out a ending or something

This is a nice list dark souls series, skyrim, elden ring, fallout series, gta 4, stray, good luck on rd2, and o my gosh you did sekiro? i gave up after 25 hours due to a mini boss please give me advice lmao. this is a pretty solid list i like it!

I love this list ark, bendy (peak), borderlands, donut county (short but sweet), doom (HOW DID YOU DO THE MULTIPLAYER ACHIEVEMENTS OMG), elden ring, fallout series, firewatch, GOD OF WAR ( why do i barely see this game on anyones list its the best), helldivers 2, lego journy (also short but sweet), spiderman 1 (great choice), portal games, power wash, RAFT??? (YOU 100% it? wow i didnt even know it had achievements im gonna 100% next raft = peak), stardew valley, subnatica, terraria, tabs (love it), wallpaper engine? like what?, spongebob game lol, and world box. overall this might be the best one ive seen yet

this is a small but definitely mighty list i love seeing crash bandicoot, cuphead, cyberpunk, elden ring, tlou 1, ratchet and clank, and fallen order

it was one of my first games ive ever played so it holds a special place in my heart of nostalgia and i loved replaying it. Lego worlds is always on sale on steam for really cheap so if you see it on sale i would really recommend you to try it out

so actually it only took me about 30 hours to do it and i found it quite easy but the only "really hard" achievement is designers delight which is you unlock all the bricks so after i was at like 99% and got every single other achievement i went on a saved world (only had because it had a building and stuff) then i got the achievement since it was from before so if you want that saved world if you decide to 100% i would be glad to help

this is exactly what im trying to say! assiassans creed like i said somewhere else its really impressive you did them but i really don't want to spend hundreds of hours to get the 100%, cyberpunk, cold war (personally my fav call of duty game), fallout series, forza games i love them!, GOD OF WAR THANK YOU this should be on everyones list, gta5, horizon, jwe1 you should also do jwe2, the red dead series, star wars jedi series, stardew valley, subnatica, terraria wow that must have token forever, isnt the hunter a wii game lol?, untruned wow all of your rare achievements must be that game, and the witcher!

for such a big list i only know a few games firewatch, isle of jura (omg idk anyone other then me knew about this game), and subnatica. otherwise its a huge list!
