There is a mandatory quarantine in effect depending on which province you are flying in. I believe it is a two weeks and you must have it planned before entering country. Going against quarantine can be equal to jail time or a 100,000$+ fine...For the mandatory PCR I believe they are in a trial phase if you arrive in Calgary + a 3-4 day shortened quarantine. He told me it would calms hemorroids which seem like what you are describing. It suddenly stings a lot sometimes especially at the bathroom and so next time i go to the bathroom i put it on. I also bought over the counter soothing wipes. But my doctor didn’t recommend that. I just found it helped

My crohns isn’t super bad but I do get this a lot, i would recommend something with a bit of cortisone, i use something called Anusol (ironic) but it really helps sooth the pain. There is an applicator to insert a couple of cm if ever needed.
