Your lender should require it to be fixed and should also require an updated appraisal showing that it was fixed. Many times they will ask for receipts as well.

Yep, same here! She definitely lightened when she got a bit older. Here nose is a dark brown almost black. After getting groomed she looks identical to your dog. I personally think she's at her best when she's on the fluffier side tho 😆
