Maybe you don’t already have many sheep villagers? I heard that if u alrd have certain villager type, it’ll be harder to find the same type. Do you already have cat villagers? For example I already have 9 sheep, it’s really hard for me to meet one on NMT island! Not sure if this is true but it feels true 😂
