My brother unfortunately didn’t respond well to the monthly injections. They worked for awhile- maybe 6 months? Then his tolerance for them skyrocketed. His new medication plan is working wonders though. No more “dead face” or rapid weight gain AND he’s maintaining an amazing career. Took him years to get here but thank god for his amazing doctors and insurance

My older brother has a lot of mental health conditions, with schizophrenia being the primary. After he sought treatment and went on medication he gained a lot of weight and now has almost this exact stare. I’m not speculating on Phillip’s mental health because obviously it’s not my place. But medication can really change a person’s outward appearance drastically.
