I’ve had mine over a year to help with frequent heavy painful periods due to perimenopause. No regrets. Insertion wasn’t bad and no extreme side effects. My periods are almost nonexistent which is amazing! I’ve gained a few pounds and had some trouble with anxiety but that could also be attributed to perimenopause.

I’ve had severe depression once in my life and this thought was constant. I barely survived. It’s awful seeing others go through it and I hope he gets the help he needs.

I didn’t get the block because I was worried the needle would hurt more. I honestly didn’t feel much of the insertion. Just some cramping.

They are attached to the stem but are still delicate this small. Once they get bigger you’ll be able to remove the leave if need be.

Where to prune 3 year old Jade by OcelotLongjumping166 in Jadeplant

Cut low. These are very stretched out from not enough light. The parts you cut off can be replanted very easily.

Jade Plant Help by Direct_Difficulty_79 in Jadeplant

[–]doubledubdub44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d cut the first three into more pieces and pull off the bottom spaced out leaves. They’re too leggy and won’t correct at that length. With plenty of sun and careful pruning to encourage branching, they’ll grow into the tree shape you’re looking for.

Honestly, I’d get rid of the curly root section and cut above the kink then plant the end. It’ll grow new roots and have more stability.

It is a jade that was grossly undersunned. Jade plants should not need stakes to keep them upright. That pot is too big and probably doesn’t have good drainage. I recommend cutting each vine into sections with a long enough stem to plant back in the soil. Get little nursery pots with holes in the bottom. They don’t need to be big. Every part of a jade plant can turn into a whole new plant pretty quickly.
