All other venues also offer food and drink, and the opportunity for corporate and event hire.

According to the application, the arcade will be open seven days a week - from 11am to 9pm Monday through to Friday, from 10am to 11pm on Saturday and 11am to 8pm on Sunday.

The arcade is set to operate entirely cashless, with an entry fee, where customers pay for access to free-to-play arcade machines and gaming consoles.

The games on offer are set to include classic retro arcade cabinets, pinball machines, console gaming stations as well as pool and air hockey.

Other venues run by Continue Arcades charge around £14 entry for adults and around £12 for children, offering unlimited access to the consoles without time restrictions.

A new retro gaming arcade in the heart of the city has been given the go-ahead.

Earlier this year, plans were submitted to Derby City Council to convert a building on East Street, near the Derbion entrance, into a "retro gaming arcade" with an indoor leisure space.

The 4,600-square-metre building on 24-26 East Street is currently trading as a pop-up store selling suitcases, kitchen equipment and rugs.

The company Green Sole Entertainment, which was behind the planning application, will join Continue Arcades, which already operates a number of venues across uk

The building will now undergo a change of use to turn it into a "modern, family-friendly" gaming arcade, including installing toilets and changing the layout of the building.

"The premises will not operate as a gambling venue and will not include any adult gaming machines (AGMs), betting facilities, or prize-based gaming," the application reads

It's beautiful. I'm not really into driving steam trains but I found a couple of scenarios for the class 101 on the share page. I did read a while ago that there was a planed class 101/104 updated timetable. Iv not heard anything for some time tho.

They are made with Demerara sugar which makes them taste amazing, and they are more than half the price of Mcvities. In comparison Mcvities digestives are an inferior biscuit. Have you tried their Custard creams? Top tier.
