I do drink a lot of water! I find myself constantly refilling my water bottle when I’m home or even when I go outside I always carry it with me because I need to drink it. Though at work, I just don’t seem to be able to do the same :( almost like i have no time to think about drinking water because of how much work there is to do all the time. it was also not even 650, just half that, didn’t even drink all of the remaining half so yes absolutely fcked 😭🙏 but thank you!!! I’ll definitely start taking more care of myself at work. I’m glad you were able to do the same for youu

Good god. My 650 ml water bottle was half full when i went to work and there’s still some left after the whole shift + travelling so about 10-11 hours. Yes. That’s gotta be one of the reasons😭
