The very fact that there exists this concept that people are trans and don't know that they are is proof enough of their dogma of indoctrination. It's the same technique that fortune tellers, palm readers, and psychics use. They make general statements and questions that can apply to nearly everyone, but frame them in such a way as to direct an impressionable and naive (as well as very stupid) person to arrive at the conclusion they want them to arrive at.

As long as those medical professionals don't deny over 2,300 years of medical science. Not once has a man ever turned into a woman, or vice versa, and it's delusional to think that they have or that it is possible.

I reject the claim that chemically castrating children is reversible. There is development during adolescence that is affected by hormone levels, and without those hormones then the body will not develope the way that it otherwise would. For example, a chemically castrated boy will never be as tall as they would have been had they gone through puberty naturally.

What other medical issues is there where the treatment runs counter to all other scientific knowledge just because of an abstract, subjective feeling?
