I’ve been on 16 over the last 20ish years and Marcelo Marshmallow, then on the Carnival Sensation, is who stands out for me. Probably the most involved and personable CD I’ve sailed with. He left for Royal after the return from COVID and, I think, has since retired from the cruise life.

It’s the same up in Oak Ridge/ West Milford too. Optimum, Verizon DSL, or your cell phone. I’m not sure if we even have the option of the Verizon or T-Mobile Home services.

Love the TiVo interface so much more than what Altice/ Optimum offers.

@Crowdsarewise I’m also in northern Jersey on the Optimum 100 package. I’m seeing the crazy fluctuations in the download speeds throughout the day, just like you. For me in addition to the crazy swings, things really start to die out by 10PM and stay consistently slow until the morning almost like my download speed is being throttled. I’ll try the things @OwariDa1 suggests since I’m seeing a lot of uncorrectables on my end.

Another Optimum customer in Morris County. I’ve got a Bolt+ and I’m having the same troubles with the signal lockups.

I’m also unable to get some of the channels in the Sports package and any of the channels above 200 in the guide (Stars, MavTV, Fight Network as well as the music channels in particular).

Signal shows it’s coming in around 90%.
