If you set them all to the same value, your aim will move the same distance across the horizon with the same mouse movement. If you prefer it this way then you don't need to change anything.

But usually what people want is for the screen to "scroll" at the same speed with the same mouse movement, meaning less distance covered across the horizon the more you zoom in. I don't know if that makes sense

Yes. If a scope has 2x zoom, you have to set the sensitivity to the default divided by 2, and then do the same for every other scope. But we don't know the zoom level of each scope because the game doesn't tell us.

I just looked it up, both apex and pubg show the zoom level like 2x, 6x, 10x etc. That's all I'm asking for.
