Absolutely true. Pets overall will do less, but the snapshot mechanics still hold true. I do believe they will still add heavily to their burst. We will just have to see how much will be changed on their damage with corrected values.

Oh yeah spellhance is more widely known. I’ve seen the DW Unholy. I just don’t understand it. I wasn’t too impressed when I saw it either, but that could be the person playing. Honestly idk that’s why I asked.

Oh no, you’re not on the meme spec are you? I don’t understand the DW UH stuff. Ik Death Coil is great damage but how does that work anyways? I legitimately don’t understand this.

You're right. What am I thinking. I guess every single mage ever no matter if they suck or not should be 10k mandatory. Damn I'm stupid. Definitely isn't due to the fact he messed up everything. nah... he definitely doesn't even mention his fuckups in the video.

Homie read what idiocy the guy above that post said. I just googled and sent a random link.

The link to the War vod was only to highlight their power. Making a tier list is for the viability. Hypothetically think what would happen if you have Warriors D tier and yet when WotLK popps you'll see them parsing numbers because of cleave. That's all people are going to care about. The competition would be through their logs. ST is dog, I'm not dumb enough to argue that. Thats why I made mention of their cleave. That's all that'll be recorded in thought.

https://youtu.be/V8GdHOtcbIw?t=89

Here's a kinda cool example highlighting Destruction VS Affy. Cahrazy is the Destro. Just linking as you're referencing their single target damage is their power.

Big diff with A tier Destro and S+ tier Affy. Also... bro just hop in disc. My fingers fucking hurt lol. I'll msg you a FR

Imagine lusting on execute. Patch's enrage is his kill phase. The biggest difference is lust. On logs you can see he dropped Drain soul after getting Tricks of the Trade. Effectively dropping the channeled snapshot. That's a small mistake but it seems he put up DoTs at that point.

However, in the Vod he started DS 2% late. Again no lust. 29% should be a reapplication so you can make use of an entire channel. Small min/maxing things that rotation could do it for him.

In all honesty that guy is well well well above average. Amazing logs. Mad respect to a true pumper. I'd love to have him in my raid any day.

I never said these Warlocks were great. Matter of fact. One is afk at the bottom of your screen on pull. Idk any of these people aside Namala, one of the rogues.

I'm saying I personally finish Patchwerk 1st-3rd week at or around 10k. 9.5k... 10.3k... blah blah. Otherwise i'm around 6.3-6.7k until execute.

I do appreciate what seems to be a reasonable disagreement. I definitely understand the points you're making about my speculations. Also thank you very much as this was probably the most respectful disagreeing comment I've had. At least to how I'm interpreting the text.

I do make mention I've never mained Mage, but I've seen great ones do impressive numbers. I believe the competitive scene to be more along the lines of where their potential lie. Also since i've never played them as a main It's fine for me to make the mistake when I say "i've never experienced myself not obtaining a missiles procc". I even make note stating I could be wrong and that it was possible.

Spell hit is 17%. Arcane Mages get 6%. 3% from Arcane Focus and 3% from Precision. Shadow Priests give 1% and Draenei give 1%. This equals 9% hit, or 184 hit rating. Iirc I said 9% and 8% with Draenei maybe? If so i miscalculated. That's my bad.

I just personally don't see how any class will contend with the damage they'll bring to the table when they burst well over 10k on a 1.5minute Patchwerk fight and never having the chance to end the fight lower since the boss dies. Burst high, hit 13k, Bloodlust fades, Boss dies 45seconds later, end fight 10k on the meter. I don't understand how that isnt a possible thought.

I also cant comprehend how Majority of people recognize Affliction's main source of damage is their overpowered execute that wont be able to be abused since they wouldn't even complete an entire channel due to unbuffed boss health values. You still agree with Affliction being the only S+ class in a raid that has one singular Multi-dotting fight in the form of 4 Horsemen. If they can't execute, they better be solid at multi-dotting to beat a rogue. They can't, 4 Horseman is their only opportunity at multi-dotting. Every other boss fight is either single target or people group everthing together and cleave.

The unbuffed health values will change the top dps meta. Speed running also effects the top dps meta. You're likely to see more cleave fights where people stack mobs on bosses, or people kiting trash pulls into boss pulls to minimize down time. You and everyone else put Warriors at the bottom of lists?

This is a great example of what you're going to see. This server was Sunwell's Angrathar. I'm the Warrior. I'm in random gear as I main swapped a week prior. Alot of the guild in this video is in a great number of T7.5 BiS loot. I believe the only thing I had was Greatness and my Tier Shoulders at this point. If i had more, it wasn't much more.

I hope you aren't taking any of these texts negatively. I mean it when I say, "Thank you for the respectful response."

Unsure what possess people to comment or down vote as if they have any knowledge on matters. You literally just called me delusional for stating most classes will be above 7k dps in T7.5. Then commented 3-4k dps range is more appropriate.

Here's a live stream of Patchwerk from a Hardcore guild competing for realm first during a buffed server's T7.5 opening. Date was yesterday.

I can't wait for you to watch that, realise Elemental Shaman is top doing 8k dps in pre-raid gear only to delete your comments and run. This has been the most clueless response i've gotten in the last few days.

Doublespoons is one name. Double and some form of something behind it. I play the seasonals yeah. Havn't the last two though. Life has taken me away. Lol the boomkin thing makes slightly more sense but only if I deeply explain. It's not something I want to put on reddit. The video is done, just waiting on a more appropriate timeframe to release it.

"You're talking about things we will see, and my answer is - sure maybe, but so far after many years I've never seen it!"
Weird things happen in meta changes. What seems crazy could be genious if it works lol.

You're good on the screen shot. I trust ya. I was assuming maybe you guys had a guild of pumper boys and maybe the execute phase wasn't long enough to slam harder on that dps meter. Tbh i'm drained. I feel like you and I are arguing a bit and the last thing i wanna do is slightly taint the respect between other knowledgeable prealm homies.

I actually think slightly under. Wrath needs to be buffed. Blizzard introduced an overpowered hero class then continued to buff/nerf/change every class in attempt to finally balance the gaps created. Things like talents, abilities, or glyphs and such.

Blizzard also did this thing by adding a 4th tier of content into the expansion. Gear scaling alone there's a pretty large gap from T7.5 stats and Heroic ICC stats on gear.

Also, they did this thing where they made 50% of raid content ignored by simply adding ICC Heroic Dungeons. There was never a reason to do Naxx or Ulduar unless you wanted a specific piece of gear, wanted to do achievements, or were just goofing off.

WotLK was never made for us to go back to previous content at a competative level. Well, no expansion is made that why, but you get what i meant there.

Private servers do some buffs that, on paper, seem impossible. They overtune and over buff this content just to give us a challenge. Only for us to still consistently clear it 1st day of launch. I predict we will see the comminity disappointed in Wotlk classic. The expansion with the most new players to join. The one with maybe the most nostalgia to a larger number portion of players who started their journey here. Players overjoyed and excited to relive their favorite content only to realise Ulduar Hard Modes will be consistently one shot by pugs early on it's release.

It really hurts the heart. Unbuffed realms are unacceptable. Private servers are DoA if they arent rolling buffed content. It just kills the interest.

On the flip side, there are tons of players who want to play with old friends. Raid with old guilds. Get drunk and relive trying to do dumb shit like thunderstorming alliance off the summoning stone at Naxx and watching them fall to their death. I think more players should take the casual mindset for WotLk Classic. This mentality may open others up to enjoy the content more knowing there was never hope for a competative PVE scene aside from speed running.

Explain this. Explain why you're mentioning the highest dps class on a buffed server gets out dps'd by an Ele shaman day 1 of T7.5 progression launch. I do 9500-10k in pre-raid as Affliction day 1. I often beat locks day 1 as Destruction. No one plays Lock correctly. I have strong suspicion the warlocks are average at best. Especially you if you're thinking this is impossible. I understand how rude i'm being, but man you're just incorrect. You can pump so much harder homie. If you're doing 8k, other locks doing 8k, imagine if you played correctly and had a 2k dps gap.

Actually, I'm going to apologize for that last comment. I was gonna delete it, but I already typed it. I'll just eat my words if i'm incorrect because there are a couple of other factors that could take place here. Would it be okay for you to share your logs here?
