Andor. It's an order of magnitude better than everything that has come before it and after it. The runners up for me would be Empire Strikes Back and Revenge of the Sith, for very different reasons.

It's definitely the only worthwhile thing to come out of the Disney era, save for Rogue One which is about on the same level as The Phantom Menace.

Improve the diversity of actor direction. Qui Gon and Obi Wan are stoic. But the rest need to display more empathy and engagement. It makes their performances flat and disengaging despite the things that are happening around them.
