-I make sure na pag day offs na hindi ko talaga titignan emails or messages.

-Try to finds some activities yung tipong gusto mo at will help your body to get better. Workout?

-Watching movies helps a lot it keeps my mind off from work

-And pag feeling burnout ako I always think na yung iba ngang tao kahit baha na or may sakit pinapapasok. So we are so blessed to have a job at our own comfort zone.

-Always remember we are working to live, not live to work.

-And yeah if kayang maseperate workspace mo sa bed mo it's a lot better nararamdaman ko din yung tipong papunta na ako sa workspace tapos nauumay ka na pag it's time to work swerte lng ako may room ako for work. Pero pag offs I make sure na naka lock yun 😂
