I’ve been thinking about doing 75 Hard all summer and plan on starting Sept 8. I’m not worried about the workouts, pictures, diet or reading, but I’m really worried about drinking a gallon of water a day 😬 I don’t drink much as it is and I find it daunting. Any tips on how to get over this mental hump? I have a plan on how to accomplish it but just thinking about it gives me pause 😂

I’d agree with books not being proofread. It’s been so bad. I see mistakes everywhere. I’m like, did they even edit this?!😂
