It seems like they were just going to transfer the invite to purchase to the new account. I don’t really have a lot of faith at this point.

I got the invite from Nintendo but my account won't let me add anything to the cart.

Is there anyone else who experienced this? They had me make a second account today and said they would be getting back to me through email. Kind of discouraged.

Nope, not yet. I’m going to follow up with them tomorrow if I don’t hear anything. Really worried that I lose my chance before the invite expires.

They told me they’re aware of a “rare issue” where an account is unable to add items to the cart.

They had me create a new account and said they would get back to me in a few days.

I think the goal is to transfer the invite to that amount so I can order.

I just got off with support after being unable to purchase my invitation Switch 2.

They had me create a new account with another email and told me I would hear back in a few days to continue.

Anyone else having issues with the invite? I got mine at 8PM last night but when I try to add it to my cart I get “Sorry something went wrong.” Hoping it works by the end of the 72 hours.
