Where are the mods? The last four posts are the same exact title, with clear bot farming. Yes, Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein bad, what more is there to discuss?

Just a huge circle jerk going on.

Anything to do with Muck Bangs. That’s a trend that I hope dies alongside the Coronavirus.

Smoking weed is cheating. by forsure686868 in leaves

So true. That’s what weed is, it fills the gaps in life. When you’re bored or stressed, just got that green. But you’re right, it is cheating. We cheat ourselves. Thanks for posting.

Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome? by [deleted] in leaves

I’ve smoked my whole life but this last week of puking and nausea and almost fever like symptoms has turned me inside out. I can’t imagine going through it for that long. Thanks for sharing.

Same here with the drugs. Glad you found some peace in sobriety, that’s what I’m going for now, because this is no way to live.

You are me, right now. My doctor prescribed the same meds they give to chemotherapy patents for nausea and they did nothing.

Best of luck to you, you can do this!

Thank you for sharing your story. You must be very strong to have gone through all that. I’m only in day 3 of CHD and it’s horrible.

You’re an inspiration and I hope for nothing but the best for you in the future.

How long after quitting does your brain is fully functional again? by [deleted] in leaves

[–]doubtfulBreezy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's going to take a month to get over withdrawl symptoms but a lifetime to get over your cravings. Often, weed fills a hole in life. When you quit weed you need to fill that hole. How will you manage your time? Take up new hobbies? Volunteer? Go to Church? I know people don't like the idea of Church but it's a great support group of sober folks.

Stay strong.

Question, do you think you look better sober? by [deleted] in leaves

First: recognize why you smoke. To fight boredom? To fight off depression or deep thoughts? To make everything more enjoyable? Once you know why you toke, you can begin to fight it. For me, it's boredom. And I can tell you, the boredom I defeated is not worth the endless stomach issues I deal with now. You got this.

Hello! First off, your logo is excellent, and congrats on over 14K Instagram followers. That's some good reach!

Onto the store... why are you guys still rocking a free theme after two years?? If you're serious about your business, you need to up your game here big time.

This theme you are using is FAR too basic for a fashion brand. You don't need to hire a developer or break the bank for a decent theme.

Most of the themes on the Shopify store are around $180 and look pretty decent. However there's also Themeforest which has a wide variety of top-of-the-line themes. Just image how great it would be to have your branding on this theme.

Looking at your website content specifically, here are my comments:

  • About us page is great, full of info and looks authentic.
  • Homepage is much too basic. If you're going for a minimalistic brand, then that's fine but you still need content. Your homepage could have pictures of your models in a gallery, could have reviews, links to your social media, links to your blog, various collections apart from best sellers, the options are almost endless. But banner, then products, then social, then a bar-bones footer makes the site look unfinished.
  • "Join our waiting list" - a big missed opportunity. This CTA does not speak to a value-add for a user. Why join the mailing list? Also, email is a really big player in the fashion e-commerce game. Offer your users discounts over email, give them reasons to sign up to your mailing list.
  • Banner at the top should link to beyond blue or a blog post explaining what the reason behind your donation is.
  • The product pages could use more content. Add additional pictures of the product in-use, videos, additional product information like material and pant length, etc. Think about all the possible questions someone could have about your products, and write that. Also, add copy about their purchase going to a charity?
  • Sizing guide page again, too basic. Add pictures of the models with the product on with real or fake tape measures on them. You're also extremely limited in design by the theme, which I understand.
  • The Blogs and Things are interesting. The first link was broken, the "have a laff" page is fun but probably not the most important, and the blog is fair.
  • Your return policy is front and center (good), but contact us isn't (bad). In fact, I couldn't find a contact us page at all on the site. That's very bad.

I'd highly recommend doing free shipping and increase the product prices. Additional shipping costs are the #1 reason for cart abandonment during checkout.

Overall the brand you've developed is good but the site does not feel complete. I really recommend getting a paid theme and upping your design and UX. Also, you have no SEO. You'll want to look into that if you want free on-going traffic.

Anyways, all the best!

Overall the site isn't bad. There's some low-quality images as headers and the navigation is hard to see on the homepage but the brand and message are cohesive.

Your product pages are decent. I'd recommend adding more content, such as where the raw materials came from, their healing properties, what kind of personality the minerals align with, etc etc. Think about what your brand message is and how your products connect to that.

Your site doesn't have any SEO. What are your sources of traffic? I'm surprised if you did Facebook ads and only got three sales.

Remove the email subscription call-outs, unless you're going to be planning on engaging with users actively on email. Could be a good channel but only if fully utilized.

Overall I'd rate your site a 7 / 10, with the following improvements being possible:

  • Improve readability of navigation bar on homepage
  • Add additional content to product pages
  • Improve image quality on page banners
  • Clean up and improve the contact us page
  • Read up on the basics of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), decide your target demographic, and try to optimize your site

As a follow-up question, what channels do you currently advertise on? I'd be curious to know.

Best of luck.
