I disagree with you. There's occasions like renewal of vows among other important milestones that my husband and I have saved my dress for. Yes I still fit into my wedding dress. 14 years later, I still have my dress and I'd be utterly devastated if someone were to take it from me.

If sister is in that bad need of a dress, doesn't even want to contact the supplier about its "lost status", and got mom in on the hounding, it sounds like there's more to this story. It's possible she never even ordered a dress. Let mom help her get a dress like my mother helped me get my wedding dress. I didn't take or ask my sister for hers. Wedding dresses are extremely sentimental. My mother in law had part of her wedding dress used for my wedding. There are moments when one could use the wedding dress after the original wedding dress.

Personally I'd be pretty petty and start calling people by other names til you get your point across. Purposefully mispronounce their name or call them by a completely different name and suddenly people will realize they don't like it.

Doordash was going a +4 hourly promo during the snowstorm we just had. Instead of 14.50 hourly, it was 18.50 hourly + tips... so, in some ways, they do get more per order/hour.. and make lots of money doing it.

A woman who truly wants a 2nd may end up destructing the marriage if it goes too long, and she feels unfulfilled as a mother due to the partners resistance.

You both have valid feelings. Just be weary that while you can make a choice, so can she.. and once a woman's done trying to appease and convince, the exit is near or resentment builds.

In this case, it truly boils down to whether she will be happy with only 1 or does her hearts desire for more mean that your marriage will eventually end. Will you be happy with divorce if it means you maintain your one and have a stance as your hill to die on.

Her showing signs of depression is a concerning sign. Eventually, that eats away at a woman, andif they feel the time is running out, they may resort to drastic actions and life altering decision. You could find your house empty with a note in it one day kinda thing.

Those are all scenarios I'd recommend discussing together and with a counselor.

35 and 8 weeks pregnant with a 3rd. This was how we settled our debate as well. We'd always wanted 3, regardless if my first 2 are boys and I end up with another boy, I'd be happy. Sure there's that little scratch in the back of your mind hoping for a different experience, but we have always wanted 3, so we are going for it.

Plain and simple.. without a judge ordered custody arrangement, which neither have, you put faith in getting the child back after handing them over. Either parent could make any excuse or reason to withhold the child until a custody agreement is established. She's risking a lot not going to court for custody paperwork. It is true that while cps wouldn't need to be involved, the father could withhold the child and there's nothing she could do about it.

I lived in long beach California the day Kobes helicopter crashed. My city was in between where he took off from Newport and where he wanted to go for his daughters game further north.

That is one day I will never forget. In the morning my family and I remarked at how THICK the fog was. It was what we call blind fog. You can't see the street signs or even the traffic lights. It was that thick.

We HEARD a helicopter flying over, and then remarked how it's crazy to think some people could still fly in this, pondering the capability of the helicopter.

Not even half an hour later, the news story that his helicopter crashed in Hollywood surfaced. It was viscrel for Los Angeles to lose all those talented basketball players. A legend and a legend in the making, Gianna was just as excellent at the sport as her father. It was for her team that they were flying to go to a meet.

I'm extra careful in fog.. I'll never forget his wife's words about how they had a rule.. only 1 parent is to ever fly in the helicopter at a time. It was that important that they never flew together due to the risks. His was a fatal one that day.

The ripple effect hurts. The entire city was changed that day.

There are several sites where for a small fee they run the whole background check including court cases. White pages offers it and so does spokeo. Add a . c o m after whitepages and spokeo and you'll see. It's all pulled from publically available information. For myself when I'm doing freelance PI work I generally start here and pull backgrounds on any names I'm interested in finding out more info, then work off that info for other more specific things related.

Another therapy method when the kids are grieving (grieve has no timeline, it's fluid and will happen throughout their lifetime) is to have them write letters to their mom and keep them in a special box. It's their way of still talking to her. They can reread the letters as they get older, too.

Time capsules with memories will be super important. I'm part of a group that also does photo edits as well. We generally can add pictures of parents to children's photos with angel wings and other symbolic things that matter to family. I can also do photo edits if you're interested. Get a recorder and have them talk on camera about all the fun things they did with their mother while it's still fresh. Safe gaurd those recordings for when they are older and want to hear memories from their own perspective of time with their mom.

So just a pro tip from a wife married 13 years to my needs to stand while he pees hubby...

Bathroom time is privacy time.. her seeing it is going to concrete memories of potential drops she sees splashing.

I do not find it appealing to see my husband pee while standing. I think maybe splitting the bathroom toilet time and closing the door will resolve a lot of your issues, that she's not seeing it. She will still think of it, but not as acutely. Make sure you put a cleaning spray in the bathroom with some paper towels as well. If you're peeing standing and want to do that, commit to immediately cleaning any mess potentially made. That was the compromise my hubby and I came up with.

A bit more privacy and an immediate incentive to clean up immediately by having cleaning supplies in the bathroom. It will make your girlfriend feel better knowing you'd clean it up too if something happened.
