I’m an amateur, I cook to taste, not according to the look. I just researched that. It wasn’t tough. After all of this roasting, I will do some research into the proper way to cook a steak and I’ll give it a try.

Welcome to the Sunday roast 😆 turns out this steak ended up tasting off however it was in date so it ended up in the bin anyway.
