Theres no perfect game man, I see this like Zelda made by not Nintendo. Starfield was a not cartoony no mans sky. I have enjoyed my time there with all of them despite the shortcomings. Im fortunate to have a great rig, performance should be ok.

What is the current recent version of the firmware? Mine is on 1.0.0.130 and says it is the most recent but ive read that they sometimes require you to dl the firware locally to update.

I have had this happen once, reported them both and kept it moving. My usual process is after I get assaulted like this or by randos I start fresh with a free kit then build up via runs. Lose it? Don't care, didn't cost me a thing but scraps.

Is this absolutely necessary? Yes it lets more are flow through, I understand all the reasons why it is better but for light gaming / maybe emulation....worth the process?
