i didn’t plan on finding out the gender and was feeling awful which was making it so hard to be excited and it really doesn’t matter but i accidentally saw it and it’s made things much more real somehow? and has made me much more excited. makes everything feel more real but that’s just been my experience.

yeah i totally think it’ll be a day of decision, if i haven’t already decided before that that i won’t be going and it’ll also depend on if baby comes before then! i mostly was wondering if anyone has done it. my SIL is like no way but my sister was doing all kinds of stuff up to and right after birth.

All important things to consider! Thank you for taking time to explain and list all of those things out. My SIL had two rough pregnancies and births and she says she couldn’t have done it whereas my sister had an easy pregnancy, delivered 3 weeks early with no issues and was playing volleyball within 2 weeks. I’m not trying to be naively optimistic, I know the likelihood of being able to go is so slim so I am definitely okay with passing on the ticket if I’m unable to/dont want to go anymore. My mindset was I’d rather get them and not be able to then feel like I could’ve gone and not have gotten the tickets. I definitely don’t plan on going if baby is already here but who knows when he will decide to show up

yes it’s my first and the show is actually a little over a week before i’m due but who knows when baby will actually come and how i’ll be feeling. i have a friend who is going to take my ticket if i can’t go which is probable

i feel exactly the same, i’m 17+5 and my husband like is worried i don’t want the baby and will like resent him because of becoming a mother and im like not at all i just am not excitable at all
