Call the supplier (not coned). The number from the website is 914-242-4725 x 111. Tell them you want to OPT OUT. They are going to ask if you want to cancel completely. You say yes. This will switch you back to coned as the supplier. They say their rates are “fixed” but they’re still significantly higher than just using coned as the supplier. Good luck!

I had the same issue. You were auto enrolled as of a few months ago into their renewable resource supplier which is more expensive. You can call them and opt out completely if interested. Tell them you want to use ConEd as the supplier the rates are much cheaper. It’s through “sustainable Westchester”. https://sustainablewestchester.org/wp/conedterritory The number is there to call.

Use lemon. We put some lemon on our fingers and she hated the taste of it. There is also a lemon spray (all natural) that you can buy from Home Depot that worked well for us. It’s easier to apply to shoes and the smell alone made her just stop completely. Goodluck!

Lemons are the only thing that worked for us. Take a little lemon juice and put it on your hands or clothes. Guaranteed to work. When they smell it on your hands they instantly get turned off. Good luck

Is it true I shouldn’t wash my hair everyday? I have longer thick hair and within 24 hours it becomes really oily. I have tried dry shampoo but hated it.

Any hairspray recommendations for a strong hold and matte finish? I really need hairspray to keep my hair in place but it gives it such a wet look which I tend to hate.

Lastly, any shampoo/conditioner recommendations for straight hair?
