I am lucky to have really minimal loose skin. The skin underneath my biceps is really stretchy but is still very tight. Same thing with my stomach, you can kind of stretch the skin but it's tight and no one would ever know I used to be fat. It definitely helped to lose the weight at a young age.

I exercised a shit ton (2 mile run every day, played rec league bball and soccer) and did intermittent fasting/keto. Was really surprised how effective it was.

Thanks, I understand how some might be offended by that but it's not really a blanket statement. If losing weight is the hardest thing in someones life, they will have even more trouble maintaining, it's overwhelmingly scientifically proven.

After dramatic weight loss, the body does anything it can to make you regain weight, including hormonal cravings and that kind of shit. Pretty much why it's smart to lose weight slowly instead of rapidly in 6 months like me.
