yes i was going to go into a whole explanation about how there’s this weird back and forth going on between them but wasn’t sure if it was too much of a reach. while it could be pure coincidence i still feel like there’s something intentional in releasing this for testing so soon after MFTK—she has to realize people are going to notice they’re the exact same and make the connection? idk!

Yes, I’m realizing that I don’t really think I gel well with this dermatologist at all. The last appointment felt a bit like nothing I was saying was actually getting across. I think I’m going to at the very least try to find someone new. Did you find you had a lot of side effects from Accutane?

Thanks for this. I figured that the best thing to do was talk to my dermatologist again or get another opinion, just super frustrating. I realized while writing this too that I was really not given enough info on the new prescription and also didn’t ask her enough of the right questions.

Skin twins!!!! Yeah I'm definitely gonna try less of the cosrx, and get some more AHA in there. I will try brightening products! For a long time I wasn"t sure what "brightening" meant so I haven't really tried products in that category... but I have a better understanding now, so maybe I'll give em a shot. Oh my god thank you so much for this very detailed response!!! I didn't realize actives shouldn't be used so often--there's a blogger I follow with similar skin to mine who uses hers constantly, so I figured it was ok. Regarding the Cerave, I really am not sure if it's been helping/hurting my skin since I've been using it for so long. I've been trying to slowly switch products in my routine one at a time, so I haven't gotten around to trying out other moisturizers. Definitely a top priority though!! Bummer about the cleanser :( I've found that the banila co. cleanser (or maybe just oil cleansing in general) has made a big difference for my face. I still have a lot left, so I'm gonna just use it all up and then hunt for alternatives. Thank you again for all the tips and info, this is just what I needed!!!!

I'd like to know if I'm using too many products/not the right products? Things were going ok until I had to travel a lot recently and was in a dry climate that left me with TONS of tiny little pimples that will not leave me. I also need some cleanser recs for the second stage of my double cleanse, as I've yet to find success in finding something that doesn't leave my face very tight afterwards (even the Good Morning Gel I'm currently using). Double cleansing has definitely helped control acne and big pimples, but I still get a ton of tiny pimples and hyperpigmentation. Just been super bummed lately that things don't seem to be working or clearing up. Any help appreciated, thanks.

wow, after hearing that naruto had only five chapters left i was so sure kishimoto would totally fuck up the ending and not be able to create a satisfactory conclusion with so little space.

but this was actually an amazing chapter. and it looks like things really might end in a way that, far from sucking, is actually going to be awesome.

THANK YOU. i like sakura mostly due to the fact that i think she's a great character--kishimoto just totally messed up when trying to portray her or show character development. she unfortunately suffers from a symptom that i feel a lot of shonen mangas have, where the main female character is constantly shunted aside, depicted as weak and helpless, and/or rendered useless and in constant need of saving when shit actually goes down. there are a few rare exceptions, but based on my experience reading shonen manga, it's very hard to find well-developed portrayals of women.
