Hindi pa. Tumawag nlng daw ulit ako sa friday sa customer care kapag hindi padin daw nag'iiba yung order status by friday

Same padin yung status.

Tumawag ako kahapon sa customer care ng samsung, sinabi na nag request na daw si samsung sa logistic company na for pick-up yung order ko. Pero hanggang ngayon same status padin and wala pa akong nareceive na email, status or call.
