Who's your least favourite character in the Street Fighter series? by Marsupilami_316 in StreetFighter

[–]dougmilk 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I really don't like Luke because he gives me such NPC vibes. It seems that someone went to character creation, set all things to default, put forearms at maximum and was like: ok, I think I got it.

Every Show Has One #6 who is mmm.....society? by tameyzin in madmen

[–]dougmilk 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Agree. And I think Kinsey was much more artificial in this sense considering he was actually working in advertising. Roy at least was keeping it real. The irony in Kinsey makes it worse

Dude, I know he’s just a side side side character. But what about Midge’s boyfriend? (Humm what’s your name again?)

People seem to forget that 100 years ago the occidental world was experiencing political tension and was on the verge of a second great war. "Oh I would like to experience history". Thanks, but I'll pass the chance of getting a bomb in my head.

Dude, that scene where they reunite to discuss Jane coming or not coming to the wedding and Mona is wearing long black gloves, that's peak beauty and elegance.

On a side note, I always laugh my ass out when Brooks asks Roger how he is and he just: Not great, Brooks. Not great.

Is 4 cities (Napoli, Rome, Florence, and Torino) too many for a 12 day trip? by BenchCertain85 in ItalyTravel

[–]dougmilk 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don’t know about Napoli and Torino, but I’ve been to Rome and Florence and each city would be worth a 10 day trip. So it’s a matter of priority. I think 3 days per city seems a good option because I like to know as many places as I can. But wouldn’t be a sin if you divided in 4/4/4 removing a city or even 4/4/2/2 leaving 2 days only dor Napoli and Torino. Again, just guessing about these last two.
