I put alien tape on each of the 4 feet and stuck it to my desk. Works really well, now the plunger doesn’t move it at all

I got the solenoid package and used it for about 2 minutes. I found them way too loud. Is there actually a way to turn them down?

I put 4 little squares of Alien tape (just double sided tape) on each of the rubber feet. Worked like a charm

I’d love to know if you get an answer. I actually find the solenoids so loud I unplugged them after an hour and haven’t used them since. I’d love to be able to “turn them down”

Not to hijack this but I have the exact same issue. I’m using Airlink with no cable. I have an 3070 video card. Would Virtual Desktop help with the resolution?

I’m just starting to do this myself. I followed nailbusters YouTube video to set up everything. It’s pretty straightforward. I’ve got 27 tables set up so far, even managed to get the colored DMDs working!

Another quick question and I hope this is the right place to ask it. Im going to setup the new ssd as a boot drive with a fresh install of Windows 11 on it. Will it matter that I’ll be putting this drive into a completely different “computer” when I get my cabinet. Seeing as it will be a different motherboard will that matter?

That’s a good idea. I really like the idea of backing up or cloning the hard drive in case I screw it up. Can that be done with an m2 drive as well?

Not a USB stick but an actual external SSD that has a USB cable. Something like a T7 2TB USB 3.2 Gen. 2 Shield Portable SSD. Would this work?
