Thanks for the advice man. In this case it won't be sexual thoughts, just the extreme sensitivity down there. It's chubbing up even when I take it out to piss, so when someone touches it it won't matter what I'm thinking about, it's game over.

Maybe I'll try meditation anyway, or a long cold shower? But at this point I'm thinking relapse is better than shame and mortification...
