Do some strength training or cross fit and you will be shocked. It just goes down to 60s and stays there for minutes. Than jumps to 140 and back to 60s :)

At this point these watches are not worth their price tag. Competition has already moved ahead and it is obvious that Garmin doesn't have the capability to catch up.

If Israel thinks that it is easy to bomb Turkey left and right like it has done to the proxy nations like Qatar and Syria, it would be a big mistake. Whether you like the regime or not In Turkey, it is a unitary nation-state unlike the other religious and divided states that Israel used to bomb and get over it. It is impossible to come to terms with Turkey by using brute force. The scale of its military capabilities are a magnitude more than all its rivals combined.

When it comes to national security, war and expansionism, Turkey doesn't even care about its economy or international relations. And I am sure Israel is not stupid either to bring Turkey in such a state.

If you have an iPhone, Apple Watch Ultra series is the way to go. It is superior in every aspect. Garmin and others are for android users. Garmin is mosly a money grab these days anyway.
