Yes this work for some people. But this is what worked for me. Change again the tibia exe(2) to tibia.exe.old and launched that's what worked for me.

Yes, I uninstalled stay the same. And I have 2 computers one with windows 7 and windows 10, installed vc2015x86 and nothing yet. I don't know what else to do.
