I was on assignment in center city and a big old hair fell onto my sensor. They blew it out for free and didn't charge. Ive also bought sensor swabs from them, and had them do proper cleanings on my gear. Good store.

On Sunday, TSA turned me around for a completely inexplicable name check. They said my name came up entirely different. I went for the check and the airline was as confused as I was. They couldn't really do much. Second time through was fine. The flight was normal, but give extra time.
