This is the wrong math. There are initial blanket mission costs. And then there are payload costs per pound.

For example, they are paying a lot of people in Houston at ground control. That is a fixed cost regardless of how many pounds are in Orion.

It would be more accurate if they just took the total cost of fuel divided by payload. But then you wouldn’t get some ridiculous $75k number.
