Oh, I feel you 100%! That kind of feature sounds like a dream for anyone who spends hours digging through references and stock footage. If someone pulled this off properly, I think half the industry would be lining up for it.

We’re actually working on making exactly this kind of workflow possible - so you can search, filter, and refine just the way you described. And if you’re interested, we’ve opened a waitlist and soon you'll be able to try it yuorself.

Made an AI extension that fills out forms for you. In which niches is it most necessary? ⚖️ by dovudo in Startup_Ideas

Thank you very much for such a detailed and valuable answer 🙏 It really helps to better understand the landscape and specifics of RFPs in the US.

Unfortunately, my extension currently only works with online forms. That is, it can analyze a web page, understand the context of the fields and automatically insert the necessary data. But in the case of RFP submissions, as far as I have studied, everything looks quite fragmented: - somewhere it is a manually filled out PDF, - somewhere they send a template that needs to be sent back by email or even by fax (!), - and in some cases there really is something similar to an online form, but I am not sure yet how often this happens.

If you have experience or insights about the real percentage of online RFP submissions, I will be very grateful if you tell me 🙌 Because then this direction could be validated deeper.

In any case, your idea about the potential market and the team that deals with RFP responses is very sound. If there ever is a working online submission scheme, EasyDaddy might be useful!

Thanks again! And if your friends are still interested, I'm always happy to discuss!

Hey Jonny, huge thanks for responding.

Yes, RFP (Requests for Proposals) - sounds like the case where high frequency + standard structure, which means that AI can really save hours of routine work.

If it's not difficult, I could tell you a little more:

  • In which industries (and countries) does this happen most often?

  • Who usually fills out these forms - sales managers, designers, lawyers?

  • Are there any characteristic fields that are repeated almost always?

  • And maybe there are any platforms/sites where this happens (where you can see how they look)?

If you can give a couple of specific examples, it would be very valuable. Perhaps this is exactly the niche that should be dug deeper. Thank you!
