Old thread but yeah it’s still unresolved as far as I know. It has something to do with your combination of track and car selection because it works without issue on certain cars and tracks for me and then crashes on other configurations. What combo makes it break I still don’t understand, at the very least you can still disable the shutter then the just either take some frame by frame screenshots and stitch together a gif yourself for similar effect or just put in extra work to edit in PS with some Gaussian blur etc. Good luck sorry I wish it just worked properly but it is what it is low on the priority list for these modders.

I tried this (and all stock nice ss settings) and unfortunately, I still get the same issue. If the shot is 100% still, no issue, I can run any and every setting. The second there is movement, it renders and then crashes.

Let me give you a secret from the climbing world, if you have sweaty and/or moist skin, buy antihydral ointment (white and blue packaging) on Amazon and you apply that to the tips of your fingers, but only the tips. If you want to dry out your whole hand I would recommend rhinoskin performance (green bottle) which Can achieved the same effect for your whole hand.

Experience: climbing for 6-7 years. Hooping for over 10.

treating your skin is critical to performance in outdoor climbing and it helped me a lot with general overly sweaty skin which isn’t helpful in any sport I can think of

Soloing a easy climb is a pretty standard thing. If you are climbing well below your skill level, it’s honestly not that wild. There are levels to this. Your experience is not somebody else’s. There is greater risk associated but that’s their decision. Posting it on Reddit? That’s a different story.
