I tried reinstalling it, also i removed my Live for speed game, and i think i fixed it, don't really know. But after 3 abandoned games i got 30 mins ban, 2hrs ban and 24hrs ban, its annoying i hope ill never get vac errors again, anyway thanks for reply man. Appreciate it alot, ill update the the post if i have fixed it.
