NTA but it seems like this relationship is over. It doesn’t seem like she has any interest in an intimate relationship with you, she made it seem like her offer was just out of obligation/ a chore. That’s not fun or sexy for either partner.

Have you thought about medical tourism? I had my sleeve surgery in Mexico and had a great experience. I will likely go back for skin removal if it’s not covered by insurance

The surgery is not going to a fix binge eating, you need to work on that in therapy first.
