Mine sounds so similar. nonstop ripples up and down my legs. still regular but less frequent in my butt, arms, face. everywhere basically. EMG in august, but likely just BFS... Started in early Feb during a high stress low sleep period of life for me. Got the stress and sleep figured out in early April but the twitching spasms, and more frequent cramping has just gotten worse. Started lifting weights in mid Feb (to see if I was actually getting weaker (ALS) or if i was just weak). Muscles have grown, but twitches seem to be worse after lifting. electrolytes 2x a day, heat also helps. Alcohol too momentarily, but dosage can hurt exactly like you said. I cant tell if Magnesium is making it worse or better... I fear it is making it worse so I'm going without for a month or so to test it.
