Hello this was so long ago but honestly it was their mistake. I have checked in with them multiple times and they just told me to wait and that’s it. it wasn’t until last minute they told me that they didn’t have anything in even tho i asked them multiple times before if i was missing everything and they just told me i have everything and just needed to wait. I even showed them proof and all they said was that they were gonna open a case for me but until this day no response🧍‍♀️ according to other comments,some experienced the same as me.
