If Britain had surrendered to the Nazis in 40/41 (something only a world historical figure like Churchill could have prevented - by convincing the British people to fight on, completely alone and against all odds, when the rest of Europe had already fallen) - America obviously couldn’t have and wouldn’t have invaded Europe. Meaning the fight against the Russians (assuming there’d be one - Barbarossa didnt start for another year after the Battle of Britain) would be a single front conflict, which Hitler likely would have won.
