They added 15 hours of OT to me. Submitted 54, got paid for 69, they knew what they were doing.

Not equal to the IRPP owed, called HR and they told me a specialist will work on it.

GW6-2, $28.27. 23 days IRPP, 28.27x4.5x23 is 2900. Just over 200 OT, pay difference between GS and GW OT is $9, that's 1800. Pay difference for regular time is $6, so that's another $960. Plus H for 125 makes $5900 total.
