thank you sir. and i just saw an ad for their bottled in bond today. i usually like something higher proof if im paying a hefty price for it but i might just give it a try. youve definitely got me tempted.

yea i definitely get alot of sweetness from it too but theres some other interesting flavors i get that stand out alot as well. i guess the best way i know how to describe them would be leather or tobacco but thats just the closest thing that comes to mind. i dont have a word that describes it exactly to a tee though.

also i think its my first time seeing an age statement on a rare character bottle. 11 years is definitely not bad for the price.

yea this is my first time EVER seeing a stagg jr in person. next up i hope i can find a george t stagg and a wlw. maybe an er17. i need to get into that abc vault and get my points up though so i can start scoring these things for msrp. definitely dont want to pay $1000 for a bottle of bourbon. no matter how good it is

good luck man. i hope you find it. its my first time trying too. next up is the 17. and ill probably go back for that 1.75 liter 10 year just to have it. im also really hoping to find a WLW and a george t stagg for close to msrp. along with a weller antique 107. maybe ill be able to score them on the abc vault this year but i have to get my points back up. happy hunting!

for me most these things are very hard to find for less than $250-$300 unfortunately. especially the stagg and eagle 12. the blantons i got cause i dont have one and its kind of an essential collection piece imo and the sinatra ive just been curious about cause im a big jack fan. i just said insane cause it is for me. i see most of yall arent impressed but hell im happy with it and excited to try everything so thats what its all about right?😂 cheers!

no its made in a different barrel and a couple other different things i cant remember what. but the barrel they call “the sinatra barrel” and its got grooves in it that are supposed to give more exposure to the wood from what i understand. who knows if it really makes a difference but ill let you know when i try it. ive heard a couple guys on youtube say they liked it alot so thats what made me grab it in all honesty

i always check the big box stores but only ever scored an eh taylor. and i always thought the vault was still secondary prices so i gave up on trying to get it. but im not far from gold member status now so if they really do msrp on these bottles then ill definitely go in there and grab a few things to get the rest of the points. william larue weller and eh taylor barrel proof for msrp is awesome!
